David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to help uphold our premium wellness facilities. You will ensure equipment is functional, safe, and ready for members, supporting a high-standard club environment across locations.

The role requires carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills, a valid Pool Plant Operator qualification (STA or similar), a full driving licence, and strong communication. Join a team that values inclusion and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpentry, plumbing or electrical work.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between clubs.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all club equipment is fully functional and safe.
• Maintain facilities to deliver excellent member experience 7 days a week.
• Travel between clubs within the region with a full driving licence.
• Support maintenance operations and contribute to a welcoming club culture.

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
