Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance or mechanical/HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with contractor management and maintenance oversight.
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and good English.
• Ability to communicate with clients and technical teams.
• Existing right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Manage electrical faults, repairs and upgrades.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance for electrical installations.
• Coordinate external electrical contractors and service providers.
• Monitor contractor performance, costs, and SLAs.
