Job summary
Strohm is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to improve and develop maintenance processes, ensuring reliability and availability of installations in IJmuiden, Netherlands. You will collaborate with a team of technicians and report to the team lead Asset Management.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a technical role. The position offers a hybrid working model, a competitive salary, and various employee benefits including a pension plan, gym discounts, and 32 days of paid leave per year.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical or maintenance-related role.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for reliability.
- Manage asset structure and maintenance plans in ERP.
- Coordinate work orders and supplier communications.
- Lead structured problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor maintenance performance and report on KPIs.
