Job summary

360Pharma in Leiden is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Electrical to keep production running smoothly, improve installation efficiency, and lead technicians and contractors as part of a collaborative maintenance team.

You will draft and optimize maintenance plans, conduct risk analyses, coordinate corrective maintenance, manage external contractors, and drive strategic projects to improve plant availability.

Responsibilities

• Leading short daily team meetings to coordinate technicians and contractors, set priorities, and keep production on track.
• Drafting, implementing, and optimizing maintenance plans to prevent malfunctions and increase equipment reliability.
• Conducting risk analyses and defining corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime and minimize corrective maintenance.
• Coordinating corrective maintenance activities while ensuring that quality requirements and project priorities are met.
• Managing and overseeing external contractors and contracts, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with site procedures and safety standards.
• Driving strategic maintenance projects to improve installation efficiency and support long-term plant availability.
