WerkTalent Eindhoven is recruiting a Maintenance Employee to maintain, repair and inspect high-tech packaging in an international production setting. You will follow instructions, use hand tools, and work with colleagues to ensure safe, efficient production.

The role offers a full‑time 40‑hour week, a gross monthly salary of about €3,150 with 18% shift allowance, 29 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, a pension scheme, travel allowance from 10 km, and internal training including forklift/EPT

Qualifications

• Technical insight and practical working attitude
• Experience with maintenance work and reading technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools and operating an EPT or forklift
• Forklift certificate is preferred or can be obtained through WerkTalent
• Good command of English (minimum B1)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Accurate and independent working attitude

Responsibilities

• Repairing and inspecting packaging according to checklists and work instructions
• Performing preventive maintenance on packaging materials
• Working with hand tools and technical equipment
• Identifying and reporting deviations during the production process
• Registering repairs and inspections in the system
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials with an EPT or forklift
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain quality and safety standards
• Wekenely 2-shift schedule: Week 1 06:00–15:00; Week 2 15:00–00:00
