In Venlo, you'll work at a family business specialising in young plants, where fresh products are packaged and prepared for shipment every day. As a machine operator, you ensure the mechanical packing process runs smoothly. You precisely set up the packaging lines, such as the Cover-One packing machine, the box folder and the box stacker. While the lines are running, you continuously monitor quality and progress.
If a machine jams, you know how to act quickly. You resolve minor technical faults independently, and for bigger issues, you communicate clearly with your colleagues in Dutch, German or English. Alongside the technical work, you keep the administration around traceability, batch numbers and KPIs neat and up to date. Periodic maintenance and cleaning of your machines are also part of your responsibilities.
