Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience for Manager level.
• 8+ years of relevant experience for Senior Manager level.
• Background in Big 4, Transaction Services or a leading advisory boutique.
• Experience managing projects and teams.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Take ownership of projects and manage junior team members.
• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commercial insights to clients.
• Work closely with corporates, private equity investors and management teams.
• Build and develop strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Transaction Services team.
