Lincoln International in Amsterdam is offering an M&A internship for May–August 2027. You will work on live pitches and deals, gain exposure to valuations, market analyses, and client-facing activities within a busy advisory environment.

Ideal candidates are third-year bachelor or master’s students with strong academics, analytical thinking, and fluency in Dutch and English. This four-month program includes mentorship and potential future opportunities at Lincoln International.
