Qualifications

• Internship or experience in M&A advisory or private equity.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of live deals and business development.
• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side assignments.
