Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Supervisory role for our Tommy Hilfiger stores in the Netherlands. You will lead by example, guide teams, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets across the store.

As a supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate merchandising and staff training, and work closely with the management team to deliver a premium in-store experience that reflects the Tommy Hilfiger brand.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading teams within a premium or luxury brand.
• Proven ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts and guide teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve high service levels and sales.
• Support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions.
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed targets by motivating the team.
• Maintain a positive store experience for customers and colleagues.
• Train staff on product knowledge and store standards.
• Cover manager-on-duty duties and store opening/closing tasks.
• Foster quality relationships with internal and external customers.
