Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Rotterdam to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will work closely with the team to support daily store operations and provide exceptional client service.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with live-streaming or video demos, as well as data capture to grow client relationships. Schedule includes flexible shifts, including peak periods.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education/experience may be combined.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Luxury retail background with social media skills, livestream or video demo experience, clienteling and data capture.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
Process transactions and assist with inventory movement and merchandising.
