Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Sales Assistant for MARELLA Amsterdam - De Bijenkorf. The role focuses on sharing the brand DNA with clients to drive sales and grow the customer base within a luxury retail environment.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and deliver the brand's selling ceremony to maximize store KPIs while ensuring an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• 10+ years expertise in Retail Sales.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
