Job summary

Max Mara Fashion Group is hiring a Sales Assistant for the Weekend MaxMara Amsterdam - De Bijenkorf store to share the brand DNA with clients and drive sales. You will welcome customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and deliver the brand's selling ceremony to achieve store KPIs.

The role requires a passion for fashion, a customer-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
