Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive store experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador with product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
• Assist customers with outfit builds and product recommendations; drive KPI targets.
• Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently and calmly.
