Responsibilities

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Act as first point of contact for approving discounts and resolving customer questions.
• Be a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Suggest outfits and further product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
• Drive store KPI's and suggest improvements.
• Ensure store and warehouse presentation and organization are maintained.
