Responsibilities

• Provide high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for discounts authorization and customer queries.
• Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Suggest outfits for customers and provide further product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
• Lead store KPI’s and suggest improvements.
• Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization.
