Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest service.
• Guest-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Confident communication and composure under pressure; strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service outlets.
• Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contribute to staff guidance, training, and motivation on the floor.
• Assist with planning, organization, and administration of F&B operations.
• Support projects and initiatives led by the F&B Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Gain exposure to cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
• Help handle guest feedback and service recovery while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
