Sofitel Legend the Grand Amsterdam invites you to join as a Duty Management Trainee. In this international luxury five-star setting, you will assist the Duty Manager, learn daily operations, and help deliver personalised guest experiences.

The program offers an internship allowance of €600 gross per month (based on 38 hours/week), travel allowance, and free meals in the staff canteen. Availability from June 2027 for at least 5 months; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• You are studying hospitality management at HBO level.
• Available for at least 5 months.
• You speak English fluently; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the work of a Duty Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Support day-to-day operations and guest well-being.
• Participate in operational shifts and cross-training.
