MOËT HENNESSY is seeking a Brand Manager for Moët & Chandon across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will shape and implement the local brand strategy, strengthening leadership in the champagne category and driving sustainable growth in both markets.

You will translate global priorities into locally relevant strategies, oversee activations across channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure premium brand execution and participation in key commercial moments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG/luxury/Wines & Spirits.
• Experience managing cross-market or multi-channel projects.
• Fluency in English; French and Dutch are advantages.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the annual brand strategy and marketing plans for Moët & Chandon across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Build strong relationships with the Maison and regional teams to align on brand positioning and activation plans.
• Define objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks for brand performance.
• Lead end-to-end brand projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee integrated 360 activations across PR, events, digital, social media and partnerships.
• Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, PR and Advocacy.
