• Previous track record of supervisory roles within premium or luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions and store results.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience by fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Deliver training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results (SPH, units per transaction).
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including opening/closing.
• Focus staff on building repeat customer base with unparalleled service.
• Ensure “door to floor” best practices with visual merchandising directives.
• Build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
