Your role includes coaching staff, coordinating with management, and driving sales through exceptional customer experiences. In this position you will uphold the brand values, adapt quickly to change, and foster a positive, collaborative environment that motivates the team and delivers

Qualifications

• Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• Experience managing people and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising, processes and store results.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
