Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high service, sales and profit.
• Assist management in personnel, merchandising and process execution.
• Participate in weekly and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets with motivated teams.
• Foster a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve personal sales goals and manage opening/closing duties.
• Build a talent pool for key positions and succession planning.
