Responsibilities

• Provide high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for approving discounts and resolving customer questions.
• Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with outfits and make further product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
• Drive shop KPI’s and suggest improvements.
• Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization are handled properly.
