Job summary

MARC JACOBS seeks a Store Sales Ambassador in Roermond to deliver an exceptional client journey and maintain stock room standards for luxury products. You will build loyal client relationships, drive sales, and uphold brand presentation in-store.

Responsibilities include stock control, VM adherence, delivering product knowledge, and meeting targets while communicating effectively with customers and team members. English fluency required; additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury.
• Experience in selling RTW / LG.
• Passion for fashion, sales, and stock management.
• Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs and experience.
• Excellent personal presentation — a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
• Understanding of Retail KPIs.
• Strong ability to prioritise, multi-task, and deliver against deadlines under pressure.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent level of English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador responsibilities: excite customers, embody the brand DNA, model behaviour and dress guidelines.
• General Store VM / Client & Stock Management: reflect merchandising guidelines, enhance service, maintain stock room, ensure products are boxed and labelled.
• Sales / Business Monitoring: welcome clients, build relationships, drive sales, share product knowledge, meet targets.
• Stock Control & Back Office: record stock transfers, receive deliveries, maintain replenishment, minimise stock loss, complete weekly reports, monitor stationery.
