Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Ambassador for the Roermond store to deliver an exceptional client journey and embody the brand across the customer experience. In this role, you will drive sales, build lasting relationships, and maintain strong product knowledge to exceed targets.

You will uphold the brand image through impeccable presentation, participate in stock management, and contribute to a cohesive team dedicated to luxury retail excellence in Roermond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment.
• Experience in selling RTW / LG.
• Fluent English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador and embody the Marc Jacobs image in-store.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image and enhance the client journey.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the best client journey and loyalty.
• Build and maintain client relationships; gather CRM details to enlarge the client book.
• Educate clients about the brand and product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Support stock control and assist with store operations as needed.
