Job summary

Staffice zoekt een Logistics Warehouse Planner in Hoofddorp. Je bewaakt inbound/outbound flows, plant personeel en documenteert processen in interne systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met inkoop, sales en logistiek om een soepele operatieve flow te garanderen.

De rol vereist 2–3 jaar ervaring, een flexibiliteit qua werktijden en vaardigheid in WMS/CRM/Excel. Een direct vast contract, vergoeden reiskosten en ploegendiensttoeslagen worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 2–3 jaar ervaring in logistiek planning.
• Bereidheid tot twee-ploegendienst (07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00, 15:50-00:50/01:50/02:50).
• Ervaring met WMS, CRM-software en MS Excel.
• Goede communicatievaardigheden in Engels.
• Analytisch en proactief probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Bereidheid tot twee-ploegendienst en twee weekenddagen per maand.

Responsibilities

• Planning trucks en optimalisatie van transportbewegingen rondom het warehouse.
• Identificeren en oplossen van systeemfouten in de logistieke planning.
• Creëren en monitoren van personeelsplanning op basis van operationele behoeften en capaciteit.
• Verwerken, verifiëren en beheren van logistieke documentatie in interne systemen.
• Effectieve communicatie met afdelingen zoals inkoop, verkoop en logistiek.
• Bijhouden van verzend- en klantgegevens in het CRM-systeem.
• Signaleren van bottlenecks en proactief oplossen.

Job description

As a Logistics Warehouse Planner, you ensure that truck planning, staff schedules, and operational administration connect seamlessly. You start your day by checking inbound and outbound transport flows, resolving exceptions where systems do not automatically match the planning. Throughout your shift, you align staff deployment with real-time operational capacity and process documentation across internal systems. Because you interact daily with multiple operational departments, you ensure a smooth logistical flow and build an indispensable role within a growing e-commerce organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning trucks and optimizing all transport movements around the warehouse.
• Identifying and resolving system exceptions in the logistics planning.
• Creating and monitoring staff planning based on operational needs and available capacity.
• Processing, verifying, and managing logistical documentation in internal systems.
• Communicating effectively with internal departments such as purchasing, sales, and logistics.
• Maintaining accurate shipment and client data in the CRM system.
• Spotting administrative and operational bottlenecks and solving them proactively.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in logistics planning.
• A flexible mindset regarding working hours in a two-shift system (rotating between 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00, and 15:50-00:50/01:50/02:50).
• Solid experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), CRM software, and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation and two weekend days per month.
