Job summary

SD Worx Belgium is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to support inbound, outbound and non-DC transport activities while contributing to logistics projects, performance analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders as the single point of contact for regional transport activities and will develop into a well-rounded logistics professional with a strong analytical focus.

Qualifications

Experienced MBO or HBO/Bachelor education level (or equivalent through (logistics) experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills; PowerBI experience is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
Structured, accurate, and detail oriented, with a proactive and decisive working style.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and drive solutions in a dynamic environment.
Confident in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Knowledge of warehouse processes and ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of customs regulations and Dangerous Goods handling is a plus.
Willingness to become part of the Emergency Response / First Aid Team is a plus.
