• Coordinating and distributing daily activities within the cross-dock operation.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting your team on the shop floor.
• Actively assisting with loading, unloading, and sorting activities.
• Identifying and resolving operational disruptions.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
