IKEA Delft is seeking an experienced Team Leader Logistics to guide a team and drive efficient, cost-conscious store logistics. You will lead operations, monitor performance, and push continuous improvements to ensure product availability for customers.

You bring 2+ years in logistics leadership, strong warehouse know-how, and a passion for automation. The role supports omnichannel flow and aligns with IKEA values, offering growth and an international working environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of logistics management experience with lead responsibility for 20+ co-workers.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes and KPIs.
• Experience with automation; omnichannel operations is a plus.
• Ability to translate data and business objectives into clear action plans.
• Clear communication, delegation and ability to develop others.
• Flexible, solution-focused and continuously seeks better ways of working.
• Fluent in English and aligned with IKEA values.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of co-workers, encouraging engagement and growth.
• Coordinate and optimise warehouse operations for high product availability at low cost.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and results, translating data into improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement action plans aligned with store objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to support omnichannel customer experience.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with IKEA policies and legislation.
