Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk is looking for a Team Coordinator Operations to lead a sub-process in our highly mechanized fulfillment center for Europe’s leading fashion platform. The role supports unloading, receiving, stowing, picking and packing, across three shifts in a 24/6 operation.

You will coach a team of 20–75 operators, translate numbers into action with the Control Tower, and partner with the Team Lead to drive improvements and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness and orderliness.
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
• Own transport due to limited public transport options.
• Available for full-time and flexible work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers.
• Identify and solve problems in the workplace.
• Prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process.
• Inform and consult with your Team Leader, picking up process improvements.
• Report progress of the work to your Team Leader.
