Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring a Team Coordinator Putaway & Picking at our Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk. You will coordinate, guide and motivate a team of Operators and Flex workers on the workfloor, maintaining a hands-on approach and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires logistics experience, decisiveness, and fluent English. A valid EU resident with own transport and full-time availability is expected. The position offers a progressive career path, pension, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Own transportation is mandatory.
• Available for full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor.
• Ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process.
• Share information and, in consultation with your Supervisor, implement process improvements.
• Report on work progress to your Supervisor.
