Job summary

Matrix Fitness is seeking a Support & Planning Administrator at our Moerdijk location to drive administrative processes and transport planning. You will coordinate outbound order flow, maintain order and stock information, and collaborate with drivers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have an MBO-level background with administrative training, 0–3 years of related experience, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• MBO level with administrative training.
• 0–3 years relevant work experience.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive work attitude.
• Affinity with logistics and transport processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full outbound order flow and ensure transport preparations.
• Maintain daily contact with drivers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Support Warehouse, Parts, Transport and Assembly teams and suggest process improvements.
• Keep stock and order information accurate and drive administrative process improvements.
