Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad, Netherlands, is seeking a Supervisor to lead one of our warehouse departments within the Tech division. You will drive daily operations, develop your team, and push for continuous improvement from day one.

You will manage KPI targets, collaborate across teams, and shape efficient processes using data and automation. The role requires leadership, SAP/ERP experience, and willingness to work two shifts with a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or similar role in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems is required.
• Willing to work in shifts, including night periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operational team in a warehouse department.
• Monitor daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning.
• Coordinate workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team.
