• Experience and skills in managing warehouse employees.

• Flexible, stress-resistant, and willing to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the optimal functioning of the department.
• Improving productivity and efficiency.
• Proposing changes in work execution to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Minimizing errors and reducing lead times.
• Ensuring effective communication within and outside the department.
• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies.
• Realizing departmental planning.
• Reporting to the Supervisor.
• Taking over tasks during the Supervisor's absence.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
