Job summary

The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on competitive, profitable pricing strategies and close collaboration with Forwarding Agents. You will analyze market conditions and customer requirements, maintain pricing tools, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in sales and supply chain management within forwarding industry.
• Solid analytical and numerical skills with experience in pricing, cost analysis, or revenue management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CargoWise is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Dutch language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing proposals, prepare quotations, and support sales activities for logistics forwarding services across multiple business lines.
• Analyze market conditions, customer requirements, and internal cost structures to create competitive pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Forwarding Agents and support to answer quotation requests via CargoWise system and follow up on outstanding bids and tenders.
• Maintain pricing tools and data, and provide clear communication to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, support contract negotiations, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and pricing processes.
