Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Logistic Operator in Heerlen, Netherlands, onsite. The role focuses on accurate, timely handling of medical devices and components from receipt to delivery in a controlled warehouse environment.

You will prepare and dispatch orders, ensure proper labeling and packaging, and follow GDP and safety rules while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (B2) in English.
• Ability to walk frequently throughout the day, handle materials, operate warehouse equipment.
• Accurate and quality minded.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as SAP or WMS.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or order fulfilment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch orders to clients or stores, following the required specifications.
• Ensure that orders are properly documented, labelled, and packed.
• Always Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 6S, lean projects).
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, team leads, and support departments.
