Job summary

Medtronic in the Netherlands is hiring a Logistic Operator to ensure accurate, on-time handling of medical devices and components in our warehouse. You will prepare and dispatch orders, label and pack items, and maintain GDP and safety standards.

You should communicate well in English (B2), be able to walk throughout the day, and show accuracy. Experience in logistics or warehousing and familiarity with SAP or a WMS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (B2) in English.
• Ability to walk frequently, handle materials, operate warehouse equipment.
• Accurate and quality minded.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or order fulfilment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as SAP or WMS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch orders to clients or stores, following the required specifications.
• Ensure that orders are properly documented, labelled, and packed.
• Always Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 6S, lean projects).
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, team leads, and support departments.
