AB InBev is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager – Transport & Warehousing to drive performance across transport and warehousing for domestic and international flows. You’ll work with 3PL partners, internal teams, and Prague-based operations to keep goods moving and improve processes.

You’ll monitor KPIs, lead performance reviews, and manage a USD 10–15 million budget while coordinating between transport, warehouses, breweries, and distribution centers.

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Around 3 years of experience in logistics or international supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven improvements.
• Experience with SAP, TMS, WMS and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own logistics performance across transport and warehousing with partners and internal teams.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with 3PL partners covering safety, quality, KPIs and finances.
• Monitor transport/warehouse performance; identify improvements and follow up on issues.
• Act as main operational contact for Prague team, breweries, domestic teams and DCs.
• Manage onboarding and optimization of 3PL partners and logistics setups.
• Oversee warehouse capacity, stock projections, and reverse logistics of containers.
• Manage asset/inventory processes: counts, accuracy, pallets, and related materials.
• Develop capacity plans based on volume forecasts; coordinate across functions.
• Validate invoices for 3PL, transport, warehousing, and D&D; manage a USD 10–15M budget.

From resolving operational issues to managing a multimillion-dollar budget and leading improvement projects, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our supply chain.If you enjoy combining hands-on operational management with analytical thinking and stakeholder collaboration, this could be the next step for you.What will you doYou’ll take ownership of logistics performance across transport and warehousing, working with our partners and internal teams to keep goods moving efficiently and continuously improve the way we operate.Drive operational performance and manage partnershipsLead monthly performance reviews with our main third-party logistics (3PL) partners, covering safety, quality, KPIs, and financial performance.Monitor transport and warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up on operational issues.Act as the main operational point of contact for our Prague team, breweries, domestic teams, and distribution centres.Manage escalations related to shuttle operations, deliveries, and container flows, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.Support the onboarding and optimisation of 3PL partners and logistics setups.Keep transport and warehouse operations running smoothlyOversee warehouse capacity and utilisation, stock projections, and the reverse logistics of empty containers.Manage asset and inventory processes, including stock counts, stock accuracy, and materials such as pallets, thermal blankets, and dunnage.Develop operational and tactical capacity plans based on volume forecasts.Ensure efficient coordination between transport, warehouses, breweries, and distribution centres.Manage costs and drive continuous improvementValidate invoices related to 3PL services, transport, warehousing, and demurrage & detention (D&D).Manage a logistics budget of approximately USD 10–15 million, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy.Identify and lead improvement projects, including warehouse layout optimisation, repacking setups, WPS initiatives, and CO₂ reduction.Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for 3PLEX, DPO, and LCP audits.Who are youYou’re a proactive, hands-on logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership and bringing people together to solve problems. You can move comfortably between day-to-day operational challenges and the bigger picture, using data and collaboration to improve performance.Ideally, you bring:A master’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with around 3 years of experience in logistics or international supply chain.A good understanding of transport, warehousing, repacking, and international logistics flows.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use KPIs and data to identify issues and drive improvements.Experience working with external logistics partners and internal stakeholders across different teams or locations.A practical, solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and handle operational escalations.Experience with SAP, transport management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and strong Excel skills.Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.You don’t need to have experience in every aspect of the role.
