Job summary

AB InBev is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager - Transport & Warehousing to drive performance across domestic and international flows. You will work with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure efficient daily operations, strong service levels, and cost control.

The role combines hands-on operations with data-driven improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and budget responsibility of several million USD. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Around 3 years of experience in logistics or international supply chain.
• Strong understanding of transport, warehousing, repacking and international logistics flows.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven improvement mindset.
• Experience with external logistics partners and internal stakeholders across locations.
• Hands-on problem-solving with ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations.
• Experience with SAP, TMS, WMS and strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics performance across transport and warehousing for efficient operations.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with 3PL partners on safety, quality, KPIs and costs.
• Monitor transport/warehouse performance and drive improvement actions.
• Be SPOC for Prague team, breweries, domestic teams and DCs.
• Manage escalations in shuttle ops, deliveries and container flows.
• Oversee capacity planning, stock projections and reverse logistics.
• Support onboarding and optimization of 3PL partners and setups.
• Validate 3PL, transport, warehousing and D&D invoices.
