Qualifications

• You have a higher vocational education (HBO) work/thinking level.
• Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Solid knowledge and proficiency in WMS (preferably PKMS).
• You have at least 3 years of successful experience in a leadership role within (fashion) logistics.
• Independent and flexible work attitude with ability to make quick, creative, effective decisions.
• Pragmatic approach with ability to develop integrated logistics solutions.
• Driven, convincing, and capable of working independently.
• Stress-resistant and adaptable.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Competencies include developing others, results orientation, strategic change, inspiring people, customer focus, and business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and smooth operations within the entire physical operation, adhering to budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure optimal alignment between customer demands and available stock in the warehouse.
• Lead and manage supervisors and oversee work activities within the department.
• Supervise personnel to promote order in and around the warehouse.
• Coach and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Foster collaboration within the Supervisor team to elevate the site.
• Monitor and enhance communication within the site and with other sites/departments.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the departmental plan.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement methodology.
