Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Logistics Engineer to design, improve, and optimize logistics processes across our production and supply chain operations. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions while driving continuous improvement and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

The role emphasizes LEAN methodologies (VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC) and data-driven problem solving, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics engineering, supply chain optimization, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP EWM is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize logistics processes and material flows aligning with production needs and future growth.
• Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, inventory management, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on SQDCP principles.
• Lead LEAN projects using Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
• Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize logistics processes and material flows, ensuring alignment with production requirements and future business growth

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQDCP) principles
• Lead and support LEAN projects, applying methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven problem solving
• Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
