Job summary

DHL zoekt een logistieke medewerker voor de sorteercentrumbalans in Zwolle. Je werkt in de avonddienst als loader of unloader en verwerkt pakketten zodat ze op tijd bij klanten komen.

Je werkt 16–24 uur per week, minimaal 18 jaar oud en woont in de omgeving van Zwolle. Reizen met eigen vervoer of lopend is mogelijk, en zware pakketten tot 25 kg moeten gezamenlijk worden getild.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid 2–3 dagen per week (maandag, dinsdag en/of woensdag)
• Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels

Responsibilities

• Als Loader zet je pakketten op de band of als Unloader haal je pakketten van de band en zet je ze in een kar
• Je werkt in de sorteercentrale en leert met ervaring verschillende taken uitvoeren

Wat ga je doen?

Looking for an active part-time job in the evening?

As a Logistics Associate at DHL, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure a smooth sorting process. You will process packages so they can reach their destination on time.

You can start as a Loader, where you place packages onto the conveyor belt, or as an Unloader, where you remove sorted packages from the conveyor belt and place them in a cart. As you gain more experience, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks within the sorting center.

You will work the evening shift, which starts between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM and ends at 1:00 AM.

Packages can weigh up to 25 kg. If a package is heavier, you will always lift it together with a colleague.

Wie ben je?

• You are available 2 or 3 days per week, on Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday
• You speak Dutch or English
• You are at least 18 years old
• You live in or around Zwolle, Meppel or Kampen
• You have your own transportation (car, bicycle or scooter) or live within walking distance of the sorting center
• You are able to lift packages weighing up to 25 kg

Wat mag je verwachten?

• From the age of 18, you will earn€14.99 per hour
• Shift allowance (additional pay for working certain hours):
  • €18.31 per hour from 8:00 PM to midnight
  • €19.03 per hour from midnight to 6:00 AM
  • €29.42 per hour on Sundays and public holidays
• Travel allowance from 5 km one-way
• Weekly or four-weekly salary payments
• 8% holiday allowance and 10% holiday leave
