Job summary

Cencora zoekt in Alkmaar een Assistent Teamleider Productie voor 32-36 uur per week. Je ondersteunt de teamleiders bij de functionele aansturing van het productieproces en draagt zorg voor een procesonderdeel.

Je motiveert medewerkers, geeft input aan leidinggevenden en signaleert verbeteringen zodat processen efficiënter verlopen. Je werkt mee waar nodig en handelt volgens medicatieveiligheid‑ en kwaliteitseisen.

Qualifications

• MBO werk- en denkniveau; toetsbaar.
• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring in farmaceutische productie is een pluspunt.

Responsibilities

• Je assisteert de teamleiders met de functionele aansturing van het productieproces.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een procesonderdeel.
• Motiveren en stimuleren van medewerkers binnen jouw procesonderdeel.
• Input geven aan teamleiders over het functioneren van medewerkers.
• Signaleren van verbeteringen en het realiseren hiervan.
• Indien nodig openen en sluiten.
• Toezien op uitvoering van procedures gericht op medicatieveiligheid e.d.
• Je prioriteit ligt bij aansturing van het proces, maar je werkt indien nodig ook zelf mee.
