Job summary

Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to efficiently plan, coordinate and optimize inbound and outbound goods flows, monitor delivery timelines, and boost supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics processes and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation.
• Develop and maintain logistics planning schedules.
• Manage and align activities with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
• Initiate and implement process improvements and cost optimizations.
• Ensure accurate and timely administrative processing in ERP systems.
• Handle invoicing based on executed activities and contractual agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the commercial/sales department with logistics-related matters.

About the Job

As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for efficiently planning, coordinating, and optimizing logistical processes within the organization. • Strong organizational and planning skills
• Good communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
