Job summary

Modexpress B.V. is seeking motivated logistics workers in Helmond to rotate through all warehouse departments during a 12-month development period. After one year, a development plan toward a Superuser role will be evaluated, with potential continued work as a Logistics Worker if growth is not possible.

The role includes a one-year contract, training, and guidance from experienced teammates. Salary is set per scale, with solid vacation and extra benefits such as a bicycle plan and team events.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the warehouse.
• Ability to rotate across all departments in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: receive and check deliveries, register in WMS, improve inbound flow.
• Outbound B2C: pick and pack orders, register in WMS, prep parcels for dispatch.
• Returns: process returns, identify reasons, support improvements.
• Outbound B2B: process bulk orders, ensure packing and shipping, perform quality checks.
• Expedition: load/unload shipments, coordinate carrier pickups, resolve transport issues.
