Job summary

King of Reach by B&S is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant to coordinate goods flow, book containers, and optimize transport with other departments. You will ensure cost-effective planning and timely updates while maintaining accurate administration.

The role requires a MBO 4 degree in logistics, Dutch and English proficiency, and a hands-on, proactive mindset. The position offers a maximum salary of €3000 with potential bonuses and various benefits.

Qualifications

Have at least a MBO 4 degree, preferably in a Logistics direction.
Work experience in a similar position is a plus; training provided if not.
Proficient in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Book containers and coordinate transport requests with shipping lines and departments.
Collaborate with purchase, sales and warehouse to align planning and orders.
Prepare documents such as the Bill of Lading (BL) and check invoices.
Monitor planning and provide timely status updates to all departments.
