Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Logistiek Ontvangst- en Expeditie medewerker die bijdraagt aan een vlot ontvangstproces en een goed georganiseerde opslag. Je combineert praktische taken met administratieve werkzaamheden in een snelle, dynamische werkomgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het ontvangen van chauffeurs, controleren van documenten, registreren van zendingen en het laden/lossen van goederen. Je werkt met EPT en heftruck en bewaart orde in het magazijn.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Kennis van Microsoft Office 365.
• Ervaring met EPT en heftruckwerk is wenselijk; certificeringen mogelijk.
• Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen van chauffeurs, controleren van documenten en registreren van zendingen.
• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en ophalen van urgente zendingen uit andere afdelingen.

As a Logistic Reception & Expedition Worker, you will be responsible for handling drivers, checking delivery documents, and loading and unloading trucks in the receiving department. Your work is essential for the smooth flow of goods and the proper organization of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving drivers, checking documents, and registering shipments
• Loading and unloading trucks, as well as collecting urgent shipments from other departments
• Operating electric or forklift trucks when needed
• Maintaining order and organizing the warehouse
• Taking care of office supplies needed for daily work

Working hours:The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00-15:00
• 15:00-00:00
