Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Warehouse Operator om inbound en outbound zendingen te beheren, gereedschap te inspecteren en documenten bij te houden. Je verzorgt data in SAP/Excel en stuurt transportorders aan. Werktijden zijn van maandag tot vrijdag in twee ploegen: 06:00-15:00 en 15:00-00:00.

Het bedrijf biedt EPT- en heftruckcertificeringen, 8% vakantietoeslag en 150% op zaterdag, 200% op zondag en feestdagen. Een fulltime, stabiele aanstelling met 38-40 uur per week en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Spoken and written proficiency in English language.
• Ervaring met SAP of ERP-systemen.
• Goede Excel-vaardigheden en professioneel emailgebruik.
• Zelfgemotiveerd en proactief; ervaring met heftruck/EPt is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, inspect en prepareer tools en dozen voor inbound en outbound zendingen.
• Registreer en onderhoud verzenddata in SAP, Excel en e-mail communicatie.
• Maak en verifieer transportorders (BVA) voor zendingen.
• Verplaats producten in het magazijn met heftruck en EPT.
• Handhaaf 5S-standaarden, organisatie en duidelijke communicatie binnen het team.

As a Warehouse Operator at Keysight, you will manage inbound and outbound tool shipments, ensuring accurate handling, inspection, documentation, and efficient warehouse operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Open, inspect, and prepare tools and boxes for inbound and outbound shipments
• Record and maintain shipment data in SAP, Excel, and email communication
• Create and verify transport orders (BVA) for shipments
• Moving of products in the warehouse using forklifts heftruck and EPT
• Maintain 5S standards, organization, and clear communication within the team

Working hours:The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 00:00
