Digitalt3 seeks a Local Business Analyst in the Netherlands to act as the primary on-the-ground contact between the client and DT3, bridging operations, technology, and people, whether at the client office or on-site.

You will map processes, author SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional sessions, traveling to client sites as required. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to map processes and understand, write, and maintain SOPs.
• Experience navigating client organisations and identifying information owners.

Responsibilities

• Understand current processes and supporting technologies; map end-to-end processes and maintain SOPs.
• Schedule and run working sessions between client personnel and DT3; coordinate logistics and site access.
• Serve as the trusted local contact for client personnel across functions and sites.
• Document minutes accurately and on time; track open items and follow-ups to closure.
• Attend project governance meetings; support planning for new use cases via scoping and site visits.
