Job summary

Sacyr Vallehermoso Participaciones Mobiliarias SL in the Netherlands is seeking a Civil Supervisor for a LNG project in Gate, Rotterdam. You will oversee safe, on-time civil construction activities, supervise subcontractors, and coordinate field crews to ensure technical compliance and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering, 10+ years in industrial construction, and 5+ years as a civil supervisor on large EPC projects, with LNG or energy sector experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher technical diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Civil Supervisor on large EPC projects.
• Extensive LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Energy, or heavy industrial project exposure.
• Experience supervising mass earthworks, deep excavations, foundations and concrete structures.

Responsibilities

• Construction supervision and coordination for civil works on site.
• Manage site workforce and subcontractors to meet schedule.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Plan, schedule, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials across disciplines.
• Interface management with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Lead Health, Safety & Environment on the project site.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
• Proactively resolve technical and construction issues in the field.
